Bodyflow
What is Bodyflow?
Bodyflow Therapy promotes the flow of the body fluids such as blood and lymph by its ability to stimulate smooth muscle within the veins, arteries and lymphatic vessels using a specific patented electro-stimulation frequency.
What does it feel like?
Patients may experience a light tingling sensation, felt through the skin under the administered cup/electrode and a minor muscle twitch may occur indicating the stimulation effect. The increased flow of blood and lymph is encouraged to the kidneys, where it is filtered. This results in the toxins and by-products of muscle activity being passed in the urine.
Indications
Bodyflow therapy is recommended to be used to stimulate:

This is followed up with 3 times daily treatments using the portable device. The portable device is hired from the Clinic on a weekly basis. The length of treatment is variable and is affected by such things as the acuteness of the injury and amount of swelling. Some treatments may take 1-3 weeks however others may take up to several weeks (eg a chronic lymphoedema) to achieve the desired result.Free Newsletter
